Indonesian citizen, Benny Setiawan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with High Distinction from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business, University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, USA. With more than 30 years of experience across the financial services, resources, transportation, and investment sectors, he has developed extensive expertise in corporate leadership, finance, treasury, business development, and strategic management. Benny has held senior executive positions at leading organizations including Citibank, RGE Indonesia, APRIL, Rajawali Corpora, and PT Express Transindo Utama Tbk. He was appointed as Director & Chief Financial Officer of MedcoEnergi on June 4th 2026. Prior to this appointment, he had served as Managing Director of PT Medco Daya Abadi Lestari since 2019, where he contributed to the growth and development of the Medco Group through his extensive experience in corporate management and investment leadership.
